Revision Policy: Both packages include one (1) consolidated revision round — one set of feedback, submitted together, within 5 business days of the preview link. Additional rounds are $75 flat, invoiced before that round begins. Any out-of-scope requests during revisions are quoted separately before any work proceeds.

Payment
Deposit — Due at Signing
60% due upon signing. Work does not begin until the deposit is received.
Final Payment — Before Launch
40% due before the site goes live. Site is not published until balance is cleared.

Timeline
Day 1–2
Kickoff & Content Intake
All materials due within 48 hrs — images, logos, product info, pricing, playlist link (Pkg 02), and domain host access. Delays extend the timeline but do not affect the payment schedule.
Day 3–9
Build Phase
Pages rebuilt, shop configured, copy written or transferred per package. YouTube integration completed (Pkg 02).
Day 10–12
Client Review
Preview link shared. One consolidated round of feedback due within 5 business days. Revisions delivered within 48 hrs.
Day 13–14
Launch & Handover
Final payment received. Site published, domain connected, walkthrough call done. Wix ownership transferred. Project closed.

Terms
Client Responsibilities
All images, logos, copy, and product assets are provided by the client. JoiB Consulting does not source or create client-owned content.
Hosting & Platform Fees
Client is responsible for their own Wix subscription (Business plan or higher required for shop) and all third-party fees.
Domain Connection
Assistance provided — client must supply host login access. Delays caused by the host are outside JoiB Consulting's control.
Business Hours
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST. Responses outside these hours are not guaranteed.
Out-of-Scope Work
Any request not listed in the selected package is quoted separately in writing before work proceeds. Nothing is added without a signed addendum.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by illness, platform outages, natural disasters, or other unforeseeable events. Both parties will be notified promptly.
