Executive Assistant Part-Time Contractor

Remote. Ghana-based candidates only. Preference for applicants in Greater Accra or Kasoa Millennium City area.

This is not a traditional EA role. You will not be supporting one person in one timezone doing one thing. You will be working inside a fast-moving fractional operations firm, supporting a leader who is managing multiple projects — each of whom has their own schedule, priorities, and demands.

You will need to be proactive, discreet, and comfortable holding the details with care. The work you do directly impacts the leaders we serve. That is not something we take lightly.

  • We are bringing in an EA to support Vision Runners™ day-to-day operations and, as we grow, to serve as dedicated administrative support for a key client engagement.

    You will work closely with the founder to manage communications, calendars, scheduling, travel logistics, and follow-through on a range of operational tasks across our client portfolio.

  • This is a part-time contractor engagement at 30 hours per week with room to expand as our client base grows. Compensation starts at 2,000 GHC per month depending on experience, reviewed after 90 days.

    You will work directly alongside a founder managing high-functioning executives — business owners, investors, media personalities, and faith leaders operating at a level most support professionals never get proximity to.

    You will build real skills in executive operations, client management, and high-standard communication that transfer directly to a corporate EA role, a Chief of Staff track, or your own consulting path.
