Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for trusting JoiB Consulting LLC. We are committed to delivering high-quality products and services, and your satisfaction matters to us. Please take a moment to review our policy below.

  1. Digital Products (eBooks, templates, downloads, etc.)

    • All digital products are delivered instantly upon purchase and are for personal use only.

    • Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable and all sales are final once access is granted or the file is downloaded.

    • Exception: If a digital product is technically faulty (e.g., file is corrupted or cannot be accessed), contact us within 48 hours of purchase with proof, and we will replace it or issue a refund.

  2. Physical Products (Apparel, mugs, and other made-to-order merchandise)

    • All physical items are custom made-to-order specifically for you.

    • These items are non-refundable except in cases of damage or printing/manufacturing defects.

    • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email connect@joibconsulting.com within 3 business days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or refund at our discretion.

  3. Services, Coaching, Consulting Sessions & Online Courses

    • All sales of coaching packages, 1:1 consulting, group programs, and online courses are final.

    • No refunds will be issued after payment is processed and/or access is granted.

    • Coaching/consulting sessions must be scheduled and used within 6 months of purchase. Any unused sessions expire after 6 months with no refund or credit.

    • Online courses with “lifetime access” remain accessible as long as the course and JoiB Consulting LLC exist and the platform remains active. Access is non-transferable.

  4. General Terms

    • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, scheduling conflicts, or failure to use the product/service within the stated timeframes.

    • Any approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.

    • This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and is incorporated by reference. By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy.

    • We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
