Thank you for choosing JoiB Consulting LLC. We're committed to making your shopping experience smooth and reliable, from order placement to delivery. Below is our Shipping Policy for clarity.
Digital Products
Digital products (e.g., eBooks, templates, downloads, online courses) are delivered instantly via email or direct download upon purchase confirmation.
There are no shipping fees or physical delivery involved.
Physical Products (Apparel, Mugs, and Other Made-to-Order Merchandise)
All physical items are custom made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners.
Shipping rates and options (e.g., standard, expedited) are calculated and selected by you at checkout, based on your location, order size, and chosen carrier.
We currently ship to [list countries, e.g., the United States and select international destinations – update if needed]. If your location is not supported at checkout, we cannot fulfill the order.
Order Processing and Shipping Times
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 3–7 business days after purchase (this includes time for custom production).
Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery estimates are provided at checkout and depend on your selected shipping method and location (e.g., 3–10 business days domestically; longer for international). Total time from order to arrival may be 7–20 business days or more.
Production and shipping times do not include weekends or major holidays.
Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
We provide tracking details where available. For any tracking updates or delivery issues after handover to the carrier, please contact the shipping provider directly using the tracking number.
Delays and Holidays
During peak seasons, holidays, or high-volume periods, slight delays in processing or delivery may occur due to carrier volume or custom production demands. We appreciate your understanding and will communicate any known delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs (for international orders), incorrect addresses, or unforeseen events.
International Shipping
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the customer's responsibility and paid upon delivery.
Delivery times for international orders vary widely and may include customs processing delays.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at connect@joibconsulting.com with your order number. We'll investigate and assist where possible (e.g., by filing claims with the carrier).
We are not liable for packages once they are in the carrier's possession.
General Terms
Shipping rates are non-refundable.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout – we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
