Some people are built for the spotlight. I've always been built to make sure the person in the spotlight never stumbles.

For as long as I can remember, I've been the one in the room who sees what others miss. The gap between the vision and the infrastructure. The leader who is anointed but overwhelmed. The ministry that is growing faster than its systems. The founder who knows exactly where God is taking them but has no one alongside them who can help them get there with their sanity intact.

I did not choose this work. I was shaped for it.

Over 14 years across nonprofit, ministry, and small business environments, I have served behind the scenes of movements that mattered. I have supported presidents of Bible colleges, partnered with churches serving 400 plus members, and managed events with more than 2,000 guests in attendance. I have built websites for more than 20 organizations, designed operational systems from scratch, and stepped into leadership gaps at moments when clarity was the difference between momentum and collapse.

What I learned in every one of those rooms is this: vision is never the problem. The gap is always between the word God gave and the structure needed to carry it.

Vision Runners was born out of that conviction. It exists for the leader who is called, capable, and carrying more than they should have to carry alone. The pastor navigating rapid growth. The ministry founder launching something the world has never seen. The faith-led executive who needs more than an assistant. They need a strategic partner who understands both the weight of the mandate and the mechanics of executing it well.

That is who I am. Not in the background. Alongside.
