Hi, I’m Joycelyn Boafo, CEO and Founder of JoiB Consulting.

I lead with one belief: vision deserves structure. Not pressure, not burnout, not chaos, structure that can carry the weight of what you are building.

JoiB Consulting exists to support faith based leaders, ministries, nonprofits, and mission driven organizations who are responsible for real outcomes and need senior level clarity to execute well. I help leaders translate vision into strategy, strategy into systems, and systems into consistent action, so the work grows with excellence and without overwhelm.

For more than 14 years, I’ve worked across nonprofit and small business environments, leading operations, managing teams, and building structure in fast paced, mission driven spaces. Along the way, I’ve supported events with more than 2,000 guests in attendance, partnered with presidents of Bible colleges, and supported churches serving congregations of 400 plus members. I’ve also designed and launched strategic websites for more than 20 organizations, helping them communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and guide people to action.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of strategy and execution. I am not just here to complete tasks. I serve as a strategist, a sounding board, and a trusted thought partner, helping leaders navigate transitions, strengthen partnerships, and move complex projects from idea to implementation with clarity and confidence.

From websites that tell your story with purpose to systems that protect your time and team, I bring structure, excellence, and heart to everything I do. When you work with me, you gain more than a consultant. You gain a partner who understands both the weight and the beauty of the vision you carry, and knows how to help you run with it.
