From my early days helping my parents plant a church in Botswana, to coordinating ministry events, running operations for pastors, managing the schedules and needs of gospel artists, and being the one behind the curtain making sure things actually happen, I have lived the rhythm of a Vision Runner. It is in my bones.
Over time, I learned that this role requires far more than the ability to get things done. It requires wisdom, discernment, and structure. It requires a deep understanding of how to support vision without getting swallowed by it.
