While preparing for a training session at my home church, one of my big brothers leaned in and said, “Girl, you are right in your element.” In that instant, his words crystallized a truth I had long felt but never fully grasped: my God-given gifts aren’t just tools for personal fulfillment—they are powerful assets that can transform not only my life, but also those I come into contact with.
