I have spent years supporting pastors, gospel artists, and ministry leaders behind the scenes, managing schedules, coordinating events, preparing travel, running rehearsals, troubleshooting tech, and praying quietly when no one else saw.
And I kept hearing the same words.
“I could not have done this without you.”
That was the moment the assignment became clear. There is a ministry in supporting ministry.
Vision Runners was created from that realization. Born under JoiB Consulting, it exists to strengthen the leaders carrying God given vision and the runners faithfully executing it. Because what goes unseen still requires structure, strategy, and stewardship to stay healthy and sustainable.
